Improving graphical and sound aspects!

So yeah!! A new minor version of Patti today : ))

 v2.0.2 includes:
- Fix to a bug which made enemies linger mid-platform when they should respawn on start point

- New animations and sprite adjustments

- New sounds for jump and block hit (also, screen shake on block hit)

- Remaining time is added as points on level end

On the side I've been working on a font improvement and also the item system, which is aimed to be the next major update!  I hope to have that ready soon, in the meantime enjoy the base game!
